Blog Post #3 - Do Androids Dream?
1. The first shot is a low angle shot of RoboCop in his maintenance chamber chair, offline. Then his right hand, the appendage that he lost from Boddicker, starts twitching.
2. The second shot is a static shot of a machine that monitors his heart rate starting to spike.
3. The third shot is an extremely low angle shot of RoboCop starting to remember his memories as both of his robotic hands shake.
4. The fourth shot is a static shot of two workers on their break. They don’t notice RoboCop twitch, thinking he’s offline. RoboCop starts remembering his killer, as Boddicker’s image is plastered on two out of four TV sets.
5. The fifth shot is a close-up of RoboCop starting to jolt awake as he flashes back to his murder.
6. The sixth shot is a cut back to the second shot with the machine now reading erratic patterns.
7. The seventh shot is the same as the fourth, as RoboCop awakes more violently unknown to the two workers.
8. The eighth shot is the same as the fifth shot, with more of the flashbacking of his murder and the impact of his film starting to re-awake the old memories.
9. The ninth shot is same as the fourth, only for one of the workers to see RoboCop trash in his sleep.
10. What follows are a series of shots of RoboCop waking up and remembering his murder, before leaving his maintenance chamber to seek out his killers.
